*measure 1" down from middle knuckle and across from pointer knuckle to pinky knuckle
*measure wrist from 1/4" past wrist bone
Small = 2.5"-3" palm width | 5"-6" wrist circumference
Medium = 3"-4" palm width | 6"-6.5" wrist circumference
Large= 4"-4.5" palm width | 7"-7.5" wrist circumference
