SOUNDS COOL! WHAT IS IT?
After 6 years in the bizz of fitting the right boots for the right feet, we are undoubtably the most experienced at finding the best skate set-up for roller derby players. We have customers who travel to us from all over Europe to be fitted by us in our London store, and our once a month Leeds popup shop has been a really excellent way of bringing our knowledge to the North of England. However, we know that not everyone has the time, money, or transportation to reach us. So we have created a new Distance Fitting Service. We always say ‘’nothing beats trying boots on’’ which is difficult if you just aren’t able to visit one of our locations. So now we offer a service where we send you boots to try on in the comfort of your own home!
HOW DOES IT WORK? I’M INTRIGUED!
We send you info on how to measure your feet so we can gauge your size. We’ll chat with you via email or phone about what you’d like to try on, and give some recommendations based on your feet, budget and what you want to get out of your set-up. Then we send you up to 3 pairs of boots in the one go for you to try on. We offer a Virtual Consultation with either Kitty or Gaz so we can talk you
through the fit as you are trying them on. We will also provide information on plates, and go through that with you during the consultation. Boots will need to be returned to us within 1 week.
DOES THIS COST ME ANYTHING? COZ I’M READY TO SIGN UP!
The service itself 
doesn’t cost anything. You will pay for postage and return postage (we provide you with a return label---we’re basically the ASOS of rollerskates) which is a total of £9.95. We use DHL for returns and you can check out the drop off points by clicking HERE and entering your postcode.There is a deposit of £50 which will go towards the boots you buy OR it can be returned to you in the form of a gift card for your future purchase if you don’t end up purchasing boots . We do need to take your debit card details as security, just in case you have a crazy idea about running away with our boots.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE ANY OF THE ONES YOU HAVE SENT ME?
Not to worry, we can always send you some more in Round 2 ;) You will just need to pay an additional
postage cost. Still cheaper than a train to London!
