It was with a lot of deliberation and discussions with customer service I ended up landing on the Bont Hybrids, ended up using the distance fitting service which I highly recommend (I was a full size smaller than I expected!), customer service were great throughout. Delivery came quicker than expected!

Amazing service with Double Threat Skates. There was the opportunity to be notified when the item i wanted was in stock which I did. They were then great at answering my questions about the items, and again really supportive when there were postal issues which were Royal Mail's issue but Double Threat team helped me with it. Finally they put in a free pronouns sticker of choice. Really lovely team, felt really friendly for an online shop so big thanks :) Also the product itself was a helmet with tinted visor as i have a condition that means i have real sensitivity to bright lights so really pleased to see more accessibility options with kit coming in :)
The skates felt wonderful as soon as I put them on. There’s still structure and support but there’s a bit of flex which I like. The wheels are really good quality and even though they are harder than what I am used to it’s a smooth indoor ride. The effort it takes to do transitions is minimal. They are so responsive. I would prefer the stoppers to be a bit grippier.
A first class product and a first class service as always
These elastomer cushions are super ace and get the required job done really well. As always, you get the quality from Roll Line and the 1st class service from DTS.
Not only was the price great, but I also received my Giotto plates much faster than I anticipated. Thanks for being consistant with the updates and follow up. I have already pointed several of my fellow skates you direction.

Excellent professionals. Even though we were far away in another country, they were very friendly and always answered our questions very quickly. A great online shopping experience. We recommend them 100%.
The skates are very comfortable, and I was able to stand up straight away and had a go in my kitchen and in the local park. However, I’ve got quite a long way to go before I can skate confidently and smoothly. I am planning lessons when I can afford it. But good skates do inspire to do this.
Wanted to practice falling to take the fear out of it! These guards are comfortable and really easy to put on.
