The DiscoTrux is a roller skate truck created specifically for street and park skating. Designed by Bont Parkstar 'Disco', he has combined his many years of rolling skating with his creativity for problem solving.
The DiscoTrux is a new unique design for roller skate trucks, made of solid aluminum with interchangeable parts, specifically the option to use wide or extra wide axles (70mm or 100mm). However, they are only available in 70mm version in the current 2020 Bont package.
Discotrux also comes with alternative length pivot pins, to ensure the adjustment can be made to fit many versions of roller skate plates across brands.
The small pivot ball ensures the pivot pin will action, with great response.
(Note: Discotrux must be used with hard plastic pivot cups. The small pivot ball will otherwise pierce through any rubber pivot cup). The adjustable pivot pin also allows for any slide block mounting bar to be introduced and to maintain standard plate bushings.
Why invest in wide skate trucks? Wide trucks are ideal for street and park skating as they provide greater stability for building speed and transitioning from flat to vertical surfaces.
DiscoTrux is designed to suit Bont Tracer plate. However they are compatible with other brand plates that have hard plastic pivot cups. If you have any questions or queries please contact discotrux@bont.com
These will NOT fit Sunlite plates and are difficult for Roll Line or Venus - please contact Disco to discuss.
We have a couple of shipping options available. Priority Tracked is usually 2-4 business days. Non-Priority Tracked can be between 3-7 business days. We offer FREE non-priority postage for orders over £100.00
Both options depend if we have stock ready to go, if we do, you might find you may receive it next day, regardless of the shipping selected! This time frame includes processing time, packaging up as well as the actual postage time. You can read more about our policies HERE
We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days. This is free if the item is faulty. We use Royal Mail Tracked Returns and you can do this through your customer account profile. Unfortunately this is only for our UK customers however we can arrange returns/exchanges for International too. You can read more about our returns and exchanges policies HERE
Purchasing from us internationally? Thanks friends! If you are not purchasing from within the UK then you will notice we do NOT charge you VAT when you purchase from us. This makes our prices seem very cheap as they will appear 20% cheaper for you! VAT/taxes, and any customs duty (usually approx. 3%) and processing fees by the courier will be paid for you when the item reaches your country. This includes for all EU customers. VAT/Taxes, customs duty and fees vary country to country - so we cannot give you an accurate guess of what this might be. We just like to let you know so it does not come as a surprise!
